Fees
PDRCI uses a Schedule of Administrative Fees and Table of
Arbitrator's Fees to determine the fees for each case. The
party
initiating the arbitration shall pay a non-refundable minimum fee of
Php20,000 upon filing. Afterwards, the Secretariat will
assess
the
complete fees based on the claims and counterclaims of the parties
using the following computations:
The parties will also be asked to make deposits for
miscellaneous expenses that will be incurred in the entire duration of
the case.
